Coach Chris
I am a highly motivated and experienced mentor and coach. I am passionate about unlocking the life lessons and personal growth that can be achieved through participating in youth sports. In my program, everyone learns, everyone plays.
Co-Founder
Mrs. Kelly
As a mother of 4, I know how hard it can be to balance multiple youth activities. I am here to make sure our programs are thoughtfully planned and communicated effectively. I keep the family experience at the center of all we do.

Coach Jeff
I am an experienced youth sports coach. I enjoy teaching new skills to help players refine their game and improve their outcomes. I am inspired by the curiosity children have for learning and love the smiles on their faces when they learn something new.

I am a dedicated coach with a passion for empowering kids to be the best they can be. I love to help instill a love for healthy activities while maintaining a fun, friendly social environment.

I started my fitness journey about 15 years ago after losing 100+ lbs in less than 6 months. I made a ton of mistakes and decided to dedicate my life to helping others learn how to get in shape, and be healthy without damaging their body!
